Founding:

Our society, which was officially founded in October of 2019, began service as the result of the persistent and fruitful efforts of 9 people who had volunteered for the Adalar Kent Konseyi Eğitim Grubu (The City Council of the Islands Education Group). Preserving its original staff alongside new members, the first general assembly of the society was conducted by 35 people.

Goal:

Our aim is to contribute to all aspects of the education of the Islands’ children according to the callings of this age and thus create individuals who are equipped, confident, and hopeful for the future.

Our Mission:

To aid in the development of children educated in the Islands region as individuals who hold contemporary and universal values, who are confident, who can regard the world through a broad set of perspectives, who are equipped for the callings of this age, and who are qualified to inhabit it.

Our Vision:

To facilitate the formation and to build the foundations necessary for the perpetuation of effective organizations and educational programs in fields such as science, music, and sports which are necessary for the advancement of children.

Our Principles:

-- To advance the fundamental principles of the Republic in a manner that is ethical and independent of any external institution.
-- To adopt a doctrine that is accessible to all children who desire self-development and supplementary education, and that acts according to equality of opportunity.
-- To be transparent and communicative about our proceedings.
-- To be aware of the responsibilities that any act of service entails.
-- To promote the creation of an environment for children who will guide the future by volunteering to pass down their knowledge and experiences to the next generation.
